This week we will:

1.  Continue our exploration of the benefits and uses of spreadsheets.  In particular, we will add the following to our toolbox:

a.  Formatting spreadsheets for appeal
b.  Using Functions beyond SUM and PRODUCT
c.  Creating charts


2.  Examine the ethical issues and social implications of our emerging YouTube / User-created content culture

3.  Begin working with our HD video cameras.  We will explore what conditions are best for using the camera.  We will also note its limitations.
4.  We will work with importing video content onto our computers.
5.  We will begin exploring the video interfaces of Cyberlink PowerDirector.
6.  We will compare and contrast PowerDirector with Windows Movie Maker.
7.  We will work with import audio and creating audio.
8.  We will practice and begin filming our public service announcements.
