Class, You have 2 activities to complete today.  When you complete the activities listed, you may work on your black and white project, your surveys, or study quietly.  Today you will NOT be using the color printer. 

Activity One:

The following website discusses strategies for improved web searching.  You will have a handout from Ms. Burge labeled, Four NETS for better searching that is to be used and completed in conjunction with the web site.  You will need to complete this individually.  Here is the website:

Activity Two:

This is a group activity.  You will be assigned a group based upon where you sit. You will be given a handout with instructions. You should only proceed to work this group activity after you have completed activity one.  The search skills attained in activity one will benefit your activity two research.
